Welcome to Sahaja Yoga Ashram, Talnoo at Dharamsala

Sahaja Yoga Ashram is situated in the beautiful, natural and peaceful location of Talnoo near the famous Sahaja International School, at Naddi, Upper Dharamsala. The Ashram is blessed by the presence of H.H Mata Ji, Shri Nirmala Devi, who stayed here while her visit to Dharamsala.

Dharamsala is a tourist destination at Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh. This place is known for it's natural landscapes, mountains, valleys and for it's diverse cultures and religions.
